Our Commitment

At G-P, we are an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. We are committed to promoting ethical behavior where open, honest communications are the expectation. Our policies contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest ethical standards.

We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. If you are uncomfortable raising concerns directly in some situations, G-P has established a confidential reporting hotline, operated by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. This hotline allows you to report confidential concerns either through a telephone hotline or reporting website.

The G-P – Professional Ethics Hotline should be used to submit reports relating to violations stated in company policies, suspected or actual misconduct or wrongdoing. Although our hotline will allow anonymous reporting, we recommend self-identifying when reporting so that we can fully investigate each report. The information you provide will be sent to the appropriate HR or Legal representative by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential basis (and anonymous if you should choose). You have our promise that your comments will be heard and thoroughly investigated.

G-P prohibits retaliation against any individual for making a good faith report of suspected violations, misconduct, or wrongdoing, or participating in a related investigation.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
